The staff are so well trained and naturally talented they have a knack of knowing what suits you and whilst they will always give you what you ask for, they can also add some suggestions to compliment your ideas. Just recently tried Toni & Guy cottesloe for the first time last week and found it an awesome experience. They really listened when I explained what I wanted and I absolutely love my new cut and colour! Also i must add that I had the most amazing head massage, probably the best ive ever had.

Being a big brand salon I thought Id be getting the best, unfortunately I was mistaken. The person that did my hair seemed more interested in talking to their colleagues than my hair needs and interests. I'm a medium brown and wanted to add a little bit of red into it, instead I ended up with bright red foils! I'm wondering what I paid $337 for?
