I had my hair done here 2 months ago (base colour & balyage) - Rachel is amazing. Worth every cent. However, I was in the salon for 6 hours. I understand that it was a busy Saturday & sometimes people need additional things to their hair but 6 hours is a bit ridiculous. The chairs do not have lower back support so my back was hurting afterwards. They do offer tea and coffee. The head massage was amazing.

fabulous service, definitely love the feel of the place, felt right at home!! i get balayage, root colour and cut when i come and love it every time!! worth every cent for every compliment I get! definitely would recommend to anybody looking for a warm environment, friendly feel and fantastic hair job!

I have just come back from 2 hrs in this salon and could not be more unhappy. I walked in, was barely acknowledged and sat for 45 mins before being taken to the back for a shampoo, which to be fair was the only good part of this experience. Staff took time and I got a great scalp massage however, I did feel like time was being bought. I had to sit for another 15-20mins with wet hair before staff came over to begin cutting. Why 4 people were sitting waiting to have their hair done with only one staff doing it I'm not sure. Management should not have booked so many people in. What made the wait even more unbearable was how rude management was to their staff. It was extremely awkward. Several times I debated leaving and just paying for the hair wash, but couldn't bring myself to do it. Staff made no attempt at small chat I ended up leaving after 2 hours of being in that dingy salon, $99 poorer, with a cut and blowdry I didn't like. You'd think I could have at least been offered a drink for my patience. I would not recommend Tonik to anyone. The whole experience was terrible - wait time, cut, style, atmosphere, value.

I need to thank these girls they fixed my hair after I let a friend of a friend do my hair. I dont even know why I did it I was happy with my hair I already liked the colour before I let this friend touch it. Tonik had done my hair previously before and I loved it.I dont know why I even touched it. A big thanks for fitting it in on a saturday morning to fix it before my sisters hens. I will be back next week to have more done before the wedding. I am always happy with my colour when I leave many thanks :)

I can not get enough of this place, I'm in there all the time now and have become so familiar with the staff they are practically like my second family. No matter what, they never fail to give me a stunning do, with an absolutely amazing colour! Love you Tonik Team! xxx

I went in last week thinking of just getting a cut, but after seeing other customers leaving with excellent colours and how happy they where with it, i decided to get mine coloured as well... and i reckon it is the best colour I have had. ever! I am so happy with it, and i would definitely recommend :)

After going to this salon on saturday I just wanted something different. I must say I feel on top of the world I have a new style and cut. I had never been before and watched so many girls leave with lovely big smiles on their face. It must be a great job to be a hairdresser. My hair was a big job with the colour change and my smile is as big as ever. Thankyou to the girls at Tonik

I just wanted to say I was referred to this salon by a friend and I am so in love with my hair right now this salon does the best colour I have been to so many salons to get my look and nobody can do it. Who would have thought to get a root look would be so hard. This salon is friendly and the staff were so help full. Rachel did my cut and colour which was perfect to having someone to do both. I think she is the owner she really knows her colour. I want to say thanks for my amazing hair and I will be back for more.
