Approximately two years ago, my Father passed away. Just before he passed away I purchased a pair of Emu ugg boots for him from Tonik Waurn Ponds for over $200, in the hopes he would be returning home. A few days after he passed away, I took the boots back to the shop as I needed the money to assist in payment for his funeral. The man in the shop was lovely, he was very understanding and called management to ask if this was okay for me to return the boots. mangagement refused to refund the purchase and offered a credit note for the store. Obviously I did not want to exchange these for anything so I left them at the store without any form of compensation. I was not told upon purchase that they did not offer returns, if I had been I would not have purchased these in the beginning as I was unsure my Father would ever wear them. I will never return to any of the Tonik stores.

Every time I enter this store the staff go out of their way to help customers and are bright and friendly and happy to have a conversation with you.

Went here while shopping and was pleasantly surprised.Very good quality surfwear/fashionwear..great for teenagers also.Young staff very helpful and made shopping here easy...a huge variety in a small shop but really nice..
