these guys are bad, they double the price and then force you to pay cash without an invoice.

Unfortunately, Although putting my faith in this business, and it appearing like it was ran operating as a trustworthy small business - It turned out to be anything BUT! Having 'panel & paint' work was under-estimated + over-charged by more than 1,000.00 dollars. :-o I wish I never met this repairer Like the AK_67 [Below]: It took twice as long as expected to complete my work, & I also found, 1 Week later, a large SCRATCH in my window which was not previously there. Charged to the tune of nearly $1,400 cold hard cash, Blatantly disregarding my instructions, Disrespecting my wishes and my vehicle - They performed work which I specifically decided 'NOT' to have completed, Ignoring my instructions and claiming my insurance money that was heading straight to my pocket. *wish I had better news - sadly i'm left to pick up the pieces... and start saving again to go on the holiday I had planned* *shakes head* Stay away from this repairer is my advice!! Years ago, I backed into a large concrete pole and did some significant damage to my car. I recently decided it was time to fix it and took it around to a couple of places for quotes. Found Toni's, the whole place had a good feel about it, not to mention the quote was flipping excellent! (they saved me a lot on smash repairing over buying new parts). Since the repairs -on time and with exceptional paint and body work - I have never been more proud to drive my car. Don't know how you did it Toni but hats off too you! Cheers.

My overall experience here could only be described as very poor. I was originally quoted a price that was well under half of what I eventually had to pay for the cost to fix my car. Additionally, I was told for weeks that my car would be ready the next week. I would strongly advise caution when dealing with this business and would recommend other service.

After years of neglecting the many dings and scratches (some of them quite significant) on my car I finally decided to splurge and get them all fixed. While the job turned out to be more than the initial quote, Toni phoned me first to get my permission before he did any of the extra work. The job that they did was EXCELLENT for such a small outfit, probably on par with the bigger place just around the corner.

I was very impressed with Toni's Smash Repairs. My car had been vandalised and I could not open the drivers front door. They immediately fixed this for me and the service was excellent

A 4 WD smashed into the back of my car in and the first smash repair centre did not even bother to look closely and just deemed it as a write-off. I accidentally found Toni's Smash Repairs and Toni took a good look at my car and was able to come up with a decent quote for the repair. The service was just EXCELLENT and Toni provides the reliable service that I really need (knowing nuts about cars..)

I have two minor repairs done to my 2007 Mazda 6. The first repair I was very happy with the result. The second repair the paint wasn't a very good colour match - they asked if I could leave it a week or two to see if the colour would change with exposure to the sun and then if not they'd fix it. I still wasn't happy with the colour but hadn't called him back yet. They then called me and asked me to bring it back in to re-paint it - which impressed me. Second time around the colour is much better and I'm happy with the result. I would definitely recommend Toni's Smash Repairs.
