This is a small park, the owners house in the middle with the amenities block central, several permanent-looking vans, about 4 cabins, and probably 6 other caravan sites. The owner Mel, guided us into our site, filled us in on park facilities and town attractions and eating places; very friendly.
The park overlooks a nice lawned park and playground across the road with the Murray River just behind that. A nice view.
Located on the highway, and within 500 metres of all town facilities, there is very little traffic at night, so noise no problem.

We arrived about mid morning, the owner Mal was on hand to help guide our campertrailer into the large powered site which has shadecloth covering the whole area our tent occupied. We were short an extension lead. No worries, one was loaned. We left the ball at home for the kids cricket set. No worriess, one was loaned.

Although it is not the most modern of caravan parks, the park is pet friendly, (even Mr Cat pops by for a pat now and then), clean and very beautiful and just accross the road from a very nice council park right on the Murray river. I would recommend this park to anyone!

Approximate cost: $40 per night for 7 people
