Please don’t go here for bulk bill. These people are the worst. Chelliah Sekar is the worst doctor ever. He didn’t even check properly and showed his unwanted attitude for no reason.

I went for help to find out what my condition was, got misdiagnosed. Rude doctor with no empathy. Stay away from this place.

I have attended this medical centre for more than 2 years. They have it all in one place. Pathology, nurses to attend to dressings etc. Very pleasant staff, other than Julie (Nazi).
Dr Pluta is the epitome of a bedside manner.
Overall a very good medical centre!

This is one of the worst doctors I have ever been to when it comes to mental health, I have been twice, after the first time I didn’t go back for two years and found a new doctor, today I went as my usual doctors was booked out.

The first time I went there to talk about possible medication for my depression, I was outright asked by the doctor “well do you want to kill yourself today?” After I replied no, I was then told there wasn’t much he could do for me, he then questioned me about my background saying I clearly wasn’t the ethnicity I put because it wasn’t on my file, after saying it must have been an administrative error by the staff I was scoffed at, after he was rude to me a couple more times I left in tears.

Today (02/12/19) I went for a simple medical certificate and was told that because I was not a regular patient there I was not being bulk billed and would be charged $75, when I asked why I was being charged for a medical certificate and if they offered Medicare money back (this is a bulk billing practice) he told me “I don’t do that but you’re not getting it” he later questioned me about who my doctor was and then checked my prescription to make sure I was telling the truth about who my doctor was, he then told me that I could just be going in on my own terms and not because my boss allowed me the day but requested a MC, he told me reluctantly he will give me a medical certificate but he’s charging me, he then handed me back my prescription and said “take care” without even looking at me.

I went to the counter to pay and the receptionist was confused as to why I was being charged, I said I didn’t know and when she called him she said I shouldn’t be charged and when she hung up she told me it was being bulk billed.

Disgraceful service . Sat in a room full of sick people for over an hour with a new born ! Ended up leaving as staff were rude

Love dr Pitt, and all the doctors are friendly and explain things well. Unfortuantly they are no longer bulk billing but you can get your refund back into your account and you can also walk around to the Medicare in the shopping center for instant refund. Two chemists in the center and one has direct access to doctors.

A bulk billing clinic with some very good doctors. You have to book well in advance, which is great for routine check-ups or vaccinations, but not so great if you need an appointment at short notice (e.g. to get a medical certificate).

The staff are always helpful and genuinely concerned with every patient. They go out of their way to reschedule if you miss an appointment, keep you informed if they can find a last minute cancellation and you are never kept waiting very long even on busy days.

cant complain with their service offered here, adequate staffing clean facilities and waiting times have never been disproportionately long for my family. bulkbilling facility is great as not many offer this these days

I regularly go to Toombul medical centre as it is one of the few medical centres that still bulk bill. You can get an appointment reasonably fast and all the doctors I have seen are very helpful and knowledgeable. It is handy being next door to a pharmacy for any scripts
