Accidents happen. And when they do I am happy these guys are around. Friday afternoon and the guys at Toombull road paint and panel knew I was fling back from out of town. The flight schedules had me getting into Brisbane with time to spare to pick my car up. Ended up circling in the sky waiting to land. 35 mins late getting into Brisbane. I rang the guys at Toombull road paint and panel at 4.55pm knowing they shut at 5pm and told them I couldn't make it in time. There was no way. The guys said no problem mate. We will wait for you. Give us a chance to catch up on paper work. I have never experienced this kind of professional customer focused service. I ended up getting there at 5.30pm. My car looked awesome by the way. These guys went out of there way to give me my car back and it looked brand new. Customer service is one of those rare things. Businesses either have it or they don't. Big thanks to the guys at Toombull road paint and panel. I would and will recommend them to anyone.

Arrogant & unprofessional management- Stay away!

I've been fortune to end up at these guys a few times now after some rear ender fender benders. My insurance company always asks me to get at least two quotes and these guys always come up the most competitive and do the best job. The service is awesome, the staff are very friendly and I would not hesitate to call these guys for car paint or panel work.
