Couldn't be happier with the lovely service I have received on numerous occasions. The pharmacist Nancy is so helpful, caring and the counter staff were also very supportive. Lovely to have nice people looking out for you in a small community.

I approached the counter to speak to the pharmacist and was not shown any courtesy or politeness from the pharmacist. This person could learn from the other staff.

I purchased a couple of things from Tooradin Pharmacy and found the Pharmacist to be quite rude and unwelcoming. I also noticed that one of them spoke to staff in an unprofessional manner. However the other pharmacy assistant was extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with. I would not recommend this pharmacy, but it is the only one in the area.
