DO NOT GO TO THIS AWFUL PLACE.
1. False info given by the receptionist which severely impacted my appointment
2. I was told I had been sent FAQs, which I had not been
3. Dr was running over a hour late then just cancelled my appointment after I'd waited over an hour, I was told the only option was to come back in a week
4. Dr blatantly lied to me about the next steps for my consultation, and left the nurse to explain the truth which was very different
5. When I tried to provide feedback to the nurse and reception nothing was their fault, it was all apparently mine
6. Generally uncaring and unkind people

Great service offered, polite and so easy to make an appointment in hours that suit busy people. Friendly staff booking appointments and excellent doctors.

We love Dr Michael Jones. He is a caring doctor who is a rare breed these days. He doesnt rush you and always has time to listen to what the problem is. I find that he refers to the best specialists as well. We have been seeing him for at least 10 years now.

the doctors ate the toorak village medical centre are the best in town. Getting an appointment is easy, there is a doctor there 7 days a week, and Dr Srikumar is a very trustworthy and caring doctor. They also Bulk Bill.
