I'd be happy to give Toothbrushland 5 Stars all round but there is only one thing letting them down a staff member (maybe the owner?) named Marie. Given it is an establishment targeted to children, she is NOT a natural with children. The 2nd time my kids went, the dentist and assistant in the other room said they were amazing patients - they were exactly the same the first time - definitely not naughty behaviour and not being judged on teeth as they were in great condition.
Marie certainly doesn't have a warm and welcoming personality, she is cold and short, the kids (and me!) felt intimidated by her. On the other hand Kym and Shelley (I think) in the other room were polar opposite - warm, friendly, encouraging and great with the kids.
So by all means if you want your kids to start off with a positive dentist experience Toothbrushland is great but make sure you get in with the right dentists!

I completely agree with you. Marie is very off putting, even rude. My family and I have used Toothbrush land for over 2 yrs (having weekly appointments at times)and Marie still gets my name wrong every time I visit even tho I've corrected her. She has terrible people skills and if it weren't for the lovely Kim and her assistants we would not be patients there anymore, as Marie was making dental visits an unpleasant experiance for my children.
I see Elizabeth for my work she is very friendly and a skilled dentist.
Even though it makes me a little uncomfortable, I've found that being frim and blunt when dealing with Marie works best, she just that sort of person.
Id say don't judge Thoothbrush land by the owner, as her staff are wonderful and do excellent dental work.
