Great car extremely poor service

We purchased a new 2024 ASX last month from Toowong Mitsubishi, this was our 2nd ASX we've owned and love the car, very reliable and good value for money. I spoke to Katelyn who was a really nice lady, only been selling cars for 3 months , we negotiated the deal and paid the deposit, collect the car on the Saturday so my partner could be the first to drive her new car, The mats were not in the car and on the way home it was raining and the car was leaking past the door seals, not good, she drove the car around on the weekend still pretty happy but concerned over the leaking. I called Katelyn on the Monday to organise the car to be looked at, I drove the car for the first time on the Monday.
The car drove poorly waddling down the road so I went to a service station to check the tyres , 2 tyres were 14psi low and 2 were close to being good, now I'm losing my sense of humor. So arriving at the dealership Katelyn was all apologies say it was the spare parts people who failed on the mats, as we both stood at the spare parts counter the person told her no request was send and now the blame game starts, the mats were put in the car not fitted just on the seat,with that Katelyn said I have a sales meeting I'll call you later, still waiting for the call, service guy comes down to fix the door seals and I asked why it wasn't picked up at pre-delivery and told him about the tyres, Oh we don't check that as part of the pre-delivery, I replied really what do you check? just the fluids he said, WOW, but wait it gets better, I took the car back today for it's first check over as part of the warranty, booked the car in at 10am for a 30min check over, told them I had to wait for the car, all good sir, at 1051am i asked if my car was ready, the reply, the boys are just going on smoko and we'll get it in after that, I told her no no miss I have other appointments can you get me the service manager, the service manager comes out and I go to introduce myself and was cut short with, I know who you are and I'll do your car now If that's good enough for you. I simply can't believe how poor the service is and the attitude of the staff.

Had a great experience recently. Had a power steering issue with my car and was looked after really well!!!. 11 out of 10. Next car will be with them.

6 weeks ago.i was going to purchase a new Mitsubishi outlander from the toowong dealership I was told by the manager at the time Lachlan that my finance was approved and I could go ahead and sell my 2018 toyota camry hybrid sports which I did then 2 weeks later he tells me he couldn't get finance so then I was with out a car he should have told me earlier and I wouldn't have sold my camry very unprofessional and it has caused me much upset and anxiety by not having a car over the last 6 weeks I would never deal in there dealership ever again not happy at all

Had our Outlander serviced at 75,000kms which is basically an oil/filter change and a pollen filter change. During the service they found a blown low beam headlight bulb and replaced it. For the service plus the bulb replacement which is a $40 part cost $555.00.
This is daylight robbery! After putting in $100 for fuel to drive a 400km round trip, we didn’t argue and paid the amount. When we bought the car from them we were told it had to be serviced at Toowong Mitsubishi but apparently we could have went locally and still kept the warranty!! Never to return to Toowong Mitsubishi!!! Go elsewhere and support your local

Just thought I might share my recent experience with all the people who use google search regarding Toowong Mitsubishi.
Seems that these guys don't want to sell cars......sent an online inquiry through on Saturday 22nd for a car they had listed for sale on carsales. Got a call that day from Dallin from Toowong Mitsubishi to follow up, which was good, I let him know about the type of cars I was interested in and let him know about a possible trade in I had. Dallin told me he would get back to me on Monday 24th.... unfortunately I did not get a call from him on Monday....strangely though I did get an email at around 3pm that Monday from Tracey there "customer relations manager" asking if my email was a good email to send info too (not to sure what that was about) anyway I replied to the email letting her know that yes its a good email (I guess its good as it is my email) I then got a second email about an hour and a half later again from Tracey stating exactly the following

"Dallin is working on this and would like to give you a call. What is the best number to reach you during the day? Thanks a bunch!"

Why ask for my best number and time to call me when I had already told Dallin those details when I spoke to him on Saturday? And writing "Thanks a bunch".....really.....that is not professional. I will say ok she was trying to be thorough by reconfirming my details which is also good. Any way I heard nothing from Dallin that day or Tuesday so I sent a follow up email Tuesday afternoon back to Tracey and guess what......... I have still heard nothing and it is now Thursday. Must say this is fantastic customer relations and service guys really very unprofessional.
My last thoughts are, if you are considering dealing with these guys think about this, if these guys do not make an effort to sell someone a car imagine what they would be like after they sold a car. If a business does not have customers they do not have a business and we the consumer have a very big choice of Car Dealerships in Brisbane.
Please know Toowong Mitsubishi that this feedback will be forwarded to Mitsubishi as well.

Rang Sebastian at Toowong last week, said I was up that way, can I chat about trading I. My car on an ASX, no problem. Got there at lunch time, left 2 hours later after signing a contract on my new car. They were keen to look after me, give me a good changeover price for my car and the service was great! Thanks guys! Let's hope the rest of the transaction goes as smoothly!
