Full Roof restoration November 2006 to Concrete tile roof. Paint not applied properly, at least 12 cracked tiles not replaced but glued together and painted over. So called flexible pointing on ridge capping pulling apart. Paint is powdery and full of porosity allowing the roof to go black with mould and mildew. Moss growing in the front edge of the tiles where the paint wasn't applied. Top 2 Bottom won't rectify the faults.

I hired Top2 Bottom to redo our roof. The service and quality were great. I could not fault it. The staff are friendly and approachable. 10/10

Gramham has filed complaints with multiple authoritys all have been checked out and all have found we have done nothing wrong. We are more than happy to fix any problems with our work if there is a problem with it . Please check our bsa licence for yourselves and you will find a clean record.
What a load of rubbish, yes David from Top 2 Bottom came out with the state manager from Dulux but he would not go up on the roof to look at the problem. Would only look at it from the ground. He has made no attempt to rectify said problems, remember the cracked tiles that are on the roof that are painted over. Top 2 Bottom will not or can not prove to me that they used the paint that they specified. Dulux head office tell me that they would have sent me the 10 year guarantee if Top 2 Bottom was an accredited Dulux applicator, Top 2 Bottom tell me they are accredited but won't or will not produce the paper work. As for the BSA they are not interested as the amount is under $3000. I took it top Fair Trading who sent me the papers to take it to QCAT which i will when I can afford it. The evidence is sitting on top of my house in the form of a red roof that is black with mould and mildew. Quite frankly I would not trust Top 2 Bottom to make good the repairs as they would most likely make it worse. If anyone wants to see it, the address is 30 Ranchwood Ave Browns Plains 4118.
