Bill and his team at Top Gun Collision Centre, Airport West, have recently done a truly outstanding repair on my 2005 Subaru Impreza. I couldn't be happier with the result and the excellent service I received right from the start. Their professional and friendly service was matched with a meticulously completed flawless repair of the highest standard. It was so much better than I had hoped for, given the quite extensive damage I had sustained by an anonymous driver at a shopping centre, who didn't leave a note! Their most careful attention to detail is really remarkable. Top Gun was very mindful of how much I value my car and that I try to keep it in as good a condition that I can. Bill was great to deal with, as he is a truly honest, friendly and knowledgeable professional. He explained every aspect of the repair in detail, time frames and what the repair would entail. I found the cost most fair given the amount of work that had to be done to bring my door back to a pristine, as new condition. I called Top Gun Collision and spoke with Bill. Bill explained everything over the phone. Upon meeting him and booking my car in for repairs he reiterated everything making sure that I was aware of time frames and the quality of work. As a car enthusiast and one who fusses over quality and shine this is the place to be when repairing your loved one. I have been elsewhere before but never as happy as this.

Bill from Top Gun was great! Explained the whole process to me, gave me an approximate time the job would take,(initially I thought it was too long, now I know why) and stuck to it & best of all the job was immaculate. Top Gun are fussier than me.

I was unfortunate to have two bingles in one year. Got referred to Bill & Andrew at Top Gun collision centre in Airport West & my experience with them was exceptional on both occasions.
I just went & saw them, they handled all the paper work, dealt with the insurance company, organised a hire car for me, delivered on their promise of how long the job was going to take, and the paintwork/repair was flawless. The second time I took my car there, they were running behind schedule and they gave me a courtesy call the day before to let me know; - Nothing was ever a problem. What more could you ask for?
