I wasnt sure whether to do a review or not as i only usually do one if i have something positive to say. Unfortunately i have had two bad experiences with the same staff there over the past six weeks. Im not sure if its just these days but there was a staff who shows rudeness to customers. I didnt feel valued. The chair i sat in was also dirty. Im not sure why but of recent weeks the quality has gone down hill. Im sorry but i wont be back.

Ive been faithful to Top Kutz for over 3 years now and they should always be proud of great customer service. Unfortunately i had a recent experience with a sassy staff who when talking to me made me feel unwelcome. I was disappointed with the staff's attitude. Needs to learn humility. So unfortunately this one experience has tarnished my opinion of this place. If you wanna keep those type of staff then thats fine but teach them good customer service or hide them out the back. Sorry but ill take my business elsewhere.
