Was courteous but overcharged from quoted fee and didn't do EFTPOS when came to payment time despite confirming they had this payment method before arriving so I had to go and get cash. They didn't close drain cover when finished. Didn't provide receipt despite assurances they would send, and still haven't received it till this date.

Kurt turned up at short notice to clear a drain in Turramurra. He arrived at the time which he had indicated, did the work quickly and efficiently and at a minimum cost. He is friendly and lives in the area, which is always reassuring. I will happily use his services in the future.
