Don’t ever take your vehicle here with a problem! “Service” advisors are rude arrogant and unhelpful. No communication unless you contact them first. No disclosure on work and deny responsibility. Love Toyota’s but would never ever go to this dealership!

They might be racist dealer, and after checking to english very well . After he made a fraud contract again.
The google bad reviews removed automatically.
They offer 6month free rego when we would like to buy . And After contract, they start to lie.. Manager terrible and dealer tom is snake. Really bad people, my son is autism and not english very well and he made a fraud easily.

I recently bought a second hand Holden Cruze from Torque Toyota and was looked after very well by Laurie and Neale when a warranty issue occurred. I was given a free loan car while the matter was being resolved. This means I trust the integrity of Torque Toyota and would happily recommend them to others. By the way- the Cruze I bought now runs beautifully. I love it.

Graham at Torque Toyota was amazing. Very friendly, not pushy, excellent value for money, excellent customer service. Service department extremely helpful. They know the meaning of Customer Service. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

They were very professional, very punctual, very friendly. After sales service was excellent. Very clean building etc.
