We had to take in an iPad that had accidentally had the screen cracked. The service was really quick and professional and our iPad has worked perfectly ever since. The price was reasonable too.

Just awful. Had to take my iPad in three times to get the glass fixed after it developed a new glitch when they fixed it the first time. Absolutely no customer service skills. Rude, demeaning, patronising. Clearly had no interest in listening to my concerns, which were many. The first time, the iPad came back with scratches along the edges where there were none before. They denied this. The second time, the screen developed 'phantom touches' when it had not before. By the time I had to take it in a third time, I was annoyed, but they didn't care, didn't listen, talked-down to me...to be avoided.

I required my laptop screen to be replaced at short notice due to a large crack. I contacted Total IT around 10am on a Friday and had them come out to my workplace at 12pm to replace the screen which was very fast. Very professional technician and very good value for money.

Our computer needed a fast repair which we received. Kept us uptodate with what was wrong and how long it would be before we got it back. The quote was spot on and we were very pleased with their attitude.
