I had a bad experience with my hair cut there.They got a new hairdresser who took 90 minutes to cut my hair, was not confident at what they were doing. I knew the cut is not good. Then they tried to charge extra $15 because they took so long. As agreed at the beginning, with the new hairdresser I would get 20 percent off, but they refused to give me the discount. I felt I was cheated. When I complained to the management, they said if I am not happy with their service then go somewhere.
