My husband and I were going to a well known local business but unfortunately every time we went to get our car done we would be back there the next day trying to get oil leaks or some other problem fixed up on both our cars and it was also costing us a fortune at the time we were both working. We ended up looking up local car servicing online and found the boys at totally automotive and haven’t looked back. They are friendly, always remember your name and don’t rip us off. I have no problems in recommending them as they do a great job.

It was my Tiguan's first service and I was feeling a little unsure how things would go but that feeling soon turned to "YES", I could feel the difference straight away, response and drive was excellent, topped off with a no fuss realistic service price, thank you and see you next service :-)

I have had all my necessary work done on my cars with these guys for 7 years now and they've always been incredibly friendly and looked after me. Never had any trouble with their mechanical work and feel I can totally trust them to do a great job.

I usally do my serviceing, but was too busy, went to these guys, hassle free, even called me to let me know my fan belt was on it's way out, so I got them to change it. Resonable prices & car was ready on time.

Changed over to these guys after feeling very ripped off by another business. They did a great job, friendly, competitively priced and very helpful. Will definitely be returning for the next round of work to be done.

I have regularly serviced my car here in the last five years , have found them extremely friendly, very reasonably priced , and I know I can totally trust them. Would highly recommend them.

I have used these guys as have my family several times, they tend to overbook so things get missed the first time I had my car serviced it was done really wel but I have not been satisfied since and tended to have more problems each time I had a service done, I think a lack of staff is one of their main issues but the prices for the quality is unacceptable and I won't be going back
