Robin is a very good psychologist, with a gentle and understanding manner. He is easy to talk to, and not overbearing in his approach. I found him very helpful.
We all need someone to talk to, and sometimes an independent person, not associated directly with you or your issues is very helpful to give an unbiased view of things.
So don't think of it as a weakness. We all need help sometimes, so dont be too 'proud' or too 'tough', someone like Robin can really help.
