Clean and fresh, although the majority of patience you will see will be elderly, its always bright and fresh and when your not feeling the best, their atmosphere always makes you feel a tad better even while you wait. The receptionist is always friendly considering sometimes there can be a long wait time to see the dr. Your made to feel special when you are unwell. the dr will treat you and take the time to listen, unlike some where your shoved in and out just as a number. A very personal practice, almost like your part of the family. No problems when the kids need to go either.

A great family practice that offers a wholisitic approach to medicine with all services in one close location. It gets very busy, but I have found it if you are willing to part with a little more (about $10) book a Saturday appointment. The Saturdays appointments are less rushed and often run ahead of time and to me are worth the little extra.

This is a very busy practice due to the large number of senior citizens who live in the Toukley area. This means that sometimes waiting times are long but the receptionists are very good and do their best likewise the practice nurses.
A wide range of services and clinics are offered. This isn't a bulk billing practice but certain categories of patients are bulk billed.
