Professional service is ok, but fees are outrageous. Consider going elsewhere or asking for a quote up front and do not buy medication from this practice -- it is available online for less than half the price !!!!!

I am very happy with the great care the Vets give my precious babies and can't thank them enough for their great advice

Very disappointed with the service provided by this Veterinary Clinic. As the largest provider of Equine veterinary care in Townsville, I was under the impression that the service would be professional and as per their website "provide the highest quality veterinary medical care". This was not the case, I was left calling the clinic a number of times over a four day period to try to get someone to come and see my horse and finally when the vet came out they were accompanied by students who did not seem the least bit interested in assisting or listening to what I had to say. Then to top it all off I was advised of a remaining fee and when I went to pay this it was close to triple the price of what I had been told. I will not be using this vet clinic again, and would not make any recommendation for others to do so.
