I love shopping at this store as they always have the toys I am after, the lego range is fantastic, great specials, heaps of parking and no crowds what more could you ask for AAA++++++

when i shop at toys r us that means i have saved up some money and have planned to buy something big the last item i bought was an electric car which my kids still play on a year later so i like this shop

ever since we had our first child we have visited this store frequently. We got all our nursery furniture here and have bought countless xmas pressies(well told santa what to get anyway). there is always good specials and plenty to choose from for young and old. The staff are friendly but sometimes a little more distracted with the party they are going to on friday night etc. but then again I remember when i was a teenager I was exactly the same. I do always find this store really hot. Doesn't seem to have any air-con. not good if your carrying heavy items and then want to continue shopping. overall a great place to shop

I love this store, its huge, they have a good variety of items, the price on some things a expensive but some things are pretty reasonable, the store is really tidy and never messy, also excellent service

Sales staff need to be better motivated, but product range is fantastic, if there's a toy or baby product you can't find, it's here. Prices are average but it's worth going as you can buy alot under one roof.

the sales staff there are actually quite helpful, but there aren't too many of them around. They generally have alot of the stuff advertised in their catalogue on the first few days, but towards the end of the catalogue they have sold out of most stuff and don't offer to check with other stores for you to get the product in. they have a huge range and although the name of the shops says "Toys"it is so much more than that - nappies are very cheap there for example

The store sells a wide range of toys but does need more staff and those new and the existing staff need to be better motivated. Overall though good experience.
