Toy'R'Us can be very cheap at times, but however I have often had to take items back because of quality. They are usually really great at giving you a refund or exchange however. I find the staff ok. Usually quite young, but not much product knowledge. It's a good place to shop for a good deal however watch out... they sometimes seem to put prices really high then have a special and it seems like u are getting a bargain. Huggies nappies are really cheap here at times.

I like this toys r us store because it has a really good range and is set out nicely in store. With no problem taking time browsing it is a comfortable place to shop. On the downside if you buy something big it is situated in the middle of Knox City SC and you quite often need to walk along way back to your car!!

good store to go to the staff are very helpful but not all the sale products are in stock, but they have a large range of products to suit all age groups and the price range is varies depending on the product you are looking for

I have lost count of the amount of times I have gone to this store to buy something I have seen in the catalogue (the first day of the sale too) to find that they either don't have the stock or only had a few and have sold out, I have complained to the staff on each occasion but they can't seem to do anything about it, but are rather understanding. I don't bother going specifically to buy a sale item anymore so as not to waste my time, however I will go in for a look around if I happen to be shopping at Knox. Generally this is a good shop with a wide range of toys and baby items and their prices are reasonable.

Good value for money, but needs shopping trolleys to be available when needed. Bigger carry bags are also needed. I can always be sure to grab a bargain here. The kids love coming here and looking around.
