Store is always clean and tidy and specials are easy to find generally. I find staff aren't overly knowledgeable with some big ticket items ie car seat and prams but if you going to purchase other items and don't require product information, you shouldn't have any issues. Love their price match policy and that layby has been introduced now.

Staff could be a little more friendly as normally you just pay and leave. also can't find any staff to help on the floor. Have a range of items and always find something on sale.

Like all Toys R Us shops this one has a very comprehensive range. My partner and I have shopped here a couple of times and have always managed to find something really nice at a discounted price. SAved us a fortune when setting up our new bab'y nursery. Staff were really helpfull in finding out about our product enquiries, not sure though if this is always the case. I think we just happen to go there at a quite time before they close. Wish they would do lay - by though

Me and my kids had a ball in this store you are never short of ideas to give to your kids as they have so many toys, It was alittle hard to find somebody to help though and they dont do lay-by.

Great range of toys etc to choose from. Prices are ok, great when they have sales on but often the sale items are not available for the entire sale period or sell out very quickly. Prices are comparable to other stores. Service is usually terrible. Always have a hard time finding someone to help on the floor, and checkout lines always move very slowly. Checkout operators often leave the checkout to go help customers, or assist people coming up to ask questions when they should be serving the customers in line. Possibly this is due to the lack of staff for floor assistance.

I purchased toys for my husbands work for the Childrens Christmas Party and everything I wanted was all under one roof from Newborn to 15 year olds, they had it all covered.
