From the initial quote to the job being finished, Tracey Paving was excellent. They listened to everything we wanted and delivered far in excess of our expectations. All through the job from tying into the concrete pool surround with extended concrete to the intricate laying of the required travatine french cut pattern it was terrific. No detail forgotten, it was an amazing job and we would not hesitate to highly recommend them. Thank you Denis and Peter!!

We contracted Mr Tracey to landscape our front and back yards. As with most customers, we paid a 50% deposit of $5000 up front (money we borrowed). After several months of excuses and delays, we asked for a refund of our money. Mr Tracey would not return our calls. 12 months later we took him to VCAT and won the case, but as he had declared bankruptcy, the Sheriff's Department could not enforce the order. He uses this as a loophole to swindle people out of money, as evidenced by the trail of comments here. We are all left in debt, while he lives in Brighton and continues to disrupt and destroy people's lives. How can he sleep at night? How has this man not been prosecuted by the law? DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES PAY THIS MAN MONEY!

[redacted personal identifier] Tracey Paving was declared bankrupt 8 June 2012 so I lost $800 which I had prepaid, for pavers he did not supply. I won my case at VCAT against him the previous year but the sheriff could not recover the money in time. The notification letter I got from Govt Trustee shows he avoided a total $63,980 in debts to 17 creditors, [redacted] Why is he still operating with same company name, and same ABN? Is this legal?

Dennis was extremely accommodating in meeting my timeline and very communicative during the whole process. The workmanship was excellent, I am really pleased with the end result.
