Tracey has been grooming my Maltese Shitzu X for the past 7 years. She always does a fabulous job and is kind and caring. I moved away from the area 4 years ago, but still go back beacuse I haven't found anyone who can do the job as well as she does. To amyd - why waste Tracey's time looking at your dog when she is experienced enough to ask all the right questions and be able to make a decision over the phone.

I have been taking my Poodles here for the last 10 years I book in for the whole year as its very hard to get in. Tracey is very good with dogs and does a fantastic job.My dogs love going there. Tracey I hope you never retire....

They asked me what type of dog I have, I told them I have a small breed of dog. Then they asked what his coat was like.. I said it was a little bit matted but not too bad. They told me before they had even seen him that they were "not interested" and didn't want the job. Obviously doesn't need any business. Bad service. I would have been more accepting if they had seen him then decided it was not worth their while.. But they will not get the opportunity now. Dont bother...
