I purchased an off the plan duplex from this agent. They allowed the developer to rob us of our 10% deposit, after 3 long years of waiting there was no letter no email no communication from Tracy Yap Agent telling us what's happening with our purchase until one day we found out ourselves. They are the most unprofessional and unethical agent that we have dealt with. We have suffered financial loss and mental trauma ever since.

I wish they all rot in hell for what they have done one to us.
Karma will catch up with them even before they know it.
