Upon entering a empty display area I overheard a middle aged man use the magic F word, I was embarrassed and walked around the display area prior to entering the sales area. This person took a seat at the sales bench and commenced watching the cricket. I explained what I wanted and had seen it on their Website; he had no idea of what I was looking to purchase. (A typical laundry trough tap set - a spout, a hot & cold handles) A gentleman sitting at a desk behind the counter spoke up and was most helpful to explain where I could attempt to locate my purchase. Wonder if the F WORD was used because I was going to interfere with his cricket steer clear.
