I DO NOT! recommended the usage of this business due to it's poor PR ethics due to a complaint made against a request for a written quotation for repair work which was ignored and had to spend my valuable professional time wasted in waiting for a response

Attempted to book and hire a trailer and got told that I was "confused" by the woman who eventually answered the phone, because I didn't use the exact terminology she required. I explained that I was looking at hire websites and they all used different terminology but I knew what I needed. The woman insisted I drive in to have a look at the trailers and when I got there, she told me off again for being confused and using the wrong terminology. When I responded that I was more interested in getting the right trailer for the job than using the 'right' words, she told me I had a bad attitude and glared at me. At that point I left. I rang to talk to the manager about the rude customer service and wasting my time but "John" refused to give me his name unless I told him what it was for. It was quite obvious he was covering up for the rude receptionist.
Unless you know exactly what you want, do not bother with this place. There's more helpful hire places with people who are happy to take your money even if you're confused about the differences between trailers.
