Traditional Shoe & Boot Repairs

Took my $230 value watch to be repaired by this person - they said apparently I had broken the 'stem'. It took 8 weeks & repeated visits (5 times I visited only to be asked for more 'time' because they couldn't get it right) before it was ready SLOPPY SERVICE When I got my watch back, FINALLY my watch face was DAMAGED - basically indented with the imprint of whatever the mechanism/module he used behind the watch face (and they told me they used a second hand module that he got out of another watch - questionable practice). They did not properly line up the numbers with the notches on the dial POOR WORKMANSHIP The rose gold surround was missing from the date window - DAMAGE The watch face was grubby, had lost the sheen (had a beautiful eggshell finish) - DAMAGE The watch had never been repaired before so it had never been opened before and now it looks disgusting and dirty and old, and I am embarrassed to wear it. I paid $50 for this 'repair' and it's not fair that I should pay $50 to have my watch DAMAGED. I'm going to try to get my money back so will let you know how I get on. Basically, this place tries to do too much. It should stick to shoe repairs and forget about offering watch services. I would highly recommend AVOIDING this business. Zero stars!

This store is a complete joke. Had taken my designer watch there to only replace the battery, watch ended up in pieces and hadn't been returned for 6 weeks. Ended up with a missing inprinted designer backing and different handles, doesn't look like my watch and it looks like something you can buy in the kids store for $5 not for $250 which my watch was worth. Absolutelly ridiculous. What a joke. These people should not be repairing watches

I was abused and called a D*** Head and told to F*** Off by the management when I asked why a colleagues watch hadn't been repaired after being in store for 3 months so I wouldn't recommend going here to get any repairs done.
