Ian is a great PT and coach...he has helped me a lot since I have commenced work with him. Je works out of his gym from home and also at various locations in the Bayside. His group Personal training sessions are fun and you always feel you have accomplished a lot when you are done. His knowledge and advice is outstanding, he is truly dedicated to his clients......I think he is great......Personal training one on one is A1 also......try him out....
