My parcel weighed 7kg and they claim it weighs 30kg and have billed me!!!!
Great pick up and delivery, then out of the blue 3 weeks later they send me an email stating they’re going to charge me $150 as my parcel weighed 30kg not 27kg!! They then proceeded to deduct the money from my PayPal account! I have disputed this with PayPal but it seems the company opened a billing agreement with me via PayPal - without my consent - and PayPal will not do anything because of this. How can they illegally open a billing agreement without my consent then proceed to deduct money whenever they like? AND.... my parcel only weighed 7 kg so I don't know where they got either 27kg or 30kg, yet, they have the nerve to charge me $150!!! I have emailed them several times and they are standing by their EXTRA charge.

I have even tried to replicate their charge by entering different dimensions and weights, eg: I have increased the parcel size to 72cm long 70cm wide 70cm high and almost quadrupled the original weight to 27kg as opposed to my ORIGINAL and CORRECT information of 43.00cm. x 41.00cm. x 60.00cm 7kg and the difference is only $111.90 BUT my parcel was nowhere near this weight or these dimensions! If it had been the courier would not have been able to lift it, not only that, at this weight the TransDirect website states this: "ATTENTION - ITEM EXCEEDS 25kgs.
Items that exceed 25kgs. must be securely packaged on a forklift able Skid, Pallet or Crate. "

As my package was easily lifted by not only the courier, but also myself a 60year plus woman, there is no way that my parcel was any other dimensions and weight than I entered into the TransDirect website.

This company is a rort and I will be taking this further as it is in effect stealing. STEER CLEAR!!

this service is not very impressive .i had not been home for few days and had to go to them to pick my courier.

They only offer one delivery and if you're not home they make you go to their depot to 'pick-up'. I missed their delivery by 15 minutes - attempted at 3.15 when I'd been home all day until 3pm. When you pay for Door-to-Door delivery this is not what you expect. I now have to travel 68kms, each way to pick up my delivery. Not Impressed!!!

Hey, i missed the delivery aswell and i need to know where the depot in south australia is, I cant find it anywhere. I have tried calling them but there call operators are on holiday for the next couple of weeks. Could you please tell me the address?
