I have been a trash and stash customer for a monthly 240L bin pick up for more than 20 years in two locations, Watsonia and now Heidelberg. They consistently pick up the bin on time and have even helped us out on the odd occasion where we forgot to put the bin out on the nature strip. The service they provide fills the gap for us between what the council can’t deliver to its rate payers. If we ever have extra rubbish they just tell us to put it next to the bin and they will get rid of it for us for a minor charge. Value for money. We highly recommend Trash & Stash.

Staff are unhelpful. Was told to leave bin in drive way. Wasn't emptied, then told I have to put it on the nature strip. Minimum 6 month term for $90 and only one empty. Moved locations and they don't service my new location thank god. What a complete waste of money.
