Had to visit Travel Money Oz to help homestay student receive money from his parents in Japan. The clerk was extremely helpful, pleasant and empathetic. Unfortunately, my student misunderstood the conditions and so we weren't able to make the withdrawal but the clerk was very patient and was very careful to explain everything to us.

The organisation itself seems a little difficult to deal with since customers have to be 18 years of age or older in order to effect or receive funds transfer. This is strange, considering students are often under 18.

Very pleased with the service though.
