I do not recommend this business. They are one of the travel companies who do not offer refunds despite Covid restrictions. It took me months to actually manage to make any contact with them, and then we were promised a refund which didn't eventuate. Then when I rang again I was told the man who offered the refund had left and shouldn't have been offering a refund in the first place. They still owe us thousands and keep promising vouchers for travel, but of course no travel is available due to Covid anyway. Do not use this travel agency or you will find yourself in debt. I don't know why it is called Travel WITH A CAUSE (which is why I booked with them) because they are lining their own pockets with other people's money and refusing any compassion to the elderly who have booked with them.
