Their communication about cancelled tours leaves a lot to be desired, the phone goes to an answering service and their emails bounce back. Not happy.
I visited a travel cruise fair here. Although we didn't book, the staff were so incredibly helpful and kind. I hope we'll be in the position to use their services in future.
