This little cafe is a great spot for breakfast or a casual brunch. They have an interesting menu with some very tasty dishes and have a relaxed setting. The regularly do dinner specials and occasionally have live music also. They also do some good little treats on the side like biscuits, cupcakes and pork pies. It's a great spot for a lazy brunch with friends or family

Treacle is like a local secret. It's a great little cafe/restaurant to sit and read the paper while drinking coffee or to enjoy a more substantial meal. It has seating indoors and outdoors (with heating in winter) and serves excellent coffee. The breakfast menu has something for everyone including vegetarian and organic options. If you read their menus you'll see that everything they do has an interesting slant on it: Cone of diamond cut beer battered chips with garlic aioli and tomato sauce, for example. But try something different like the Twice Baked Crab & Cheese Soufflé.

Approximate cost: $35.00
