I was worried about a Gum tree growing on the rear garden of townhouse. Alan arrived when he said he would and after inspecting the tree and in the garden, and the neighbours property, he advised me that all was good and that I didn't need to do any work on the tree. He said that as a lot of the roots were growing in my garden because of other trees in the neighbours, I should install irrigated lawn because not only would my dirt garden look better, but the tree would benefit. I was happy I was able to avoid spending on the tree and do something that benefited my property value. Alan sent me confirmation of the advice he offered in writing by mail as my email was down due to me moving jobs and offices. He was good for me.

This situation is always a worry. Good to have the correct advice and resolve the problem amicably

My neighbour's trees were causing problems, blocking drains and cracking my house and driveway. The advice from Tree Assessment Services identified why the problems were occurring and what common law remedies I need to undertake to stop the damage. Whilst my pipes were attracting the roots, I issued notice of damage to my neighbour who then removed a tree and cut some roots back on another, all without going to Court.

Approximate cost: $250
