They were very discrete and efficient. My mother knew what she wanted me to try on, and I disagreed, but the staff were always silent on the topic - they didn't argue. When I decided on a dress, they did everything possible to help me visualise how it would be on the day. They have a small shop and not much room, but they never hurried us or pressured us. We couldn't decide on a veil, but they never forced any sales. They also make their own jewellery and tiaras.
