We did some renovation, so wanting to replace the old carpet to laminated and quality carpet
The choosing was great, the guy was friendly and nice
The 1st day to install the laminate, i was told to expect the man at 7-8am; didn't turn up till 12 and only knew cuz i rang back to the office and they contacted the warehouse and then told me that there was a confusion as to which job is 1st or 2nd. The work was good though.
The second day a man came to lay carpet. He was a contractor. Very friendly, professional, get on the job and was neat. The carpet and underlay are very soft to walk on. The only downfall about it was that we were told 2 days before the carpet installation date that the colour we picked was the last roll and was damaged. If we wanted to keep the same installation date; we need to change colour or move it out by few weeks as was close to Christmas/New Year break.
Overall was ok but will also shop around in future if need any flooring work done.
