i thought my computer was toast-- i took it to another independent repair store, and they told me i might as well buy a new one. Samsung told me they could fix it for 800 dollars. i went to Tri-Tech as a last resort, and even they weren't sure they could do it--fixed it in 24 hours. It wasn't expensive either. They were was able to fit me in within half an hour and the problem was promptly fixed. Not only did he get mylaptopworking but he updated the software and got rid of the annoying pop ups that I had been putting up with for months. I taken my sons PC to them since thenand not only fixed mhiscomputer(which wouldn't turn on) he also added some extra protective software onto mycomputerfree of charge!
