Me and my girlfriend were looking for somewhere new to eat and food we had never eaten before so we used WOMO to find a place and this takeaway caught our eye with all the good reviews, it was well hidden when we went to go look for it, that's for sure lol.
Enjoyed the food thoroughly however, the people running the joint were very perky, happy, and just all round very happy.
We will be back.

Recommended by a Sri Lankan family friend so I knew this was going to be authentic and delicious. We ordered takeaway and had the butter chicken, fish korma, chicken korma and the Bombay lamb with biryani rice. Really enjoyed the fish korma curry in flavour which was the perfect balance of flavours. The food was well cooked, the sauces go a long way when you enjoy it with rice and roti. You can have a look at the menu online and you will see the prices are quite good for traditional food. We called ahead to order and by the time we got there it was ready for pick up. Quite pleased with the service and quality of food. Will be sure to go back for more.

This shop is hidden somewhere in Willeton, but it is a little gem! Its very hard to find some decent Sri Lankan food here, but Trinco Star provides classics like Kotthu , almost to the same standards as you get it in Sri Lanka. The Sri Lankan Chicken and Sri Lankan Crab curry is also a must have! Prices are very reasonable.

Trinco Star moved from Manning road a few months ago.
They began as a fish and chip shop but began to make a few home style curries, soon the curries were more popular than the fish so they dropped F&C to concentrate on the curries.
Very similar to Indian food but with some subtle differences in spices and technique.
The food is coked to order from scratch so don't be in a hurry , the wait is worth it though.
The family that own it are great, very friendly and eager to please.
They do deliver to within 3km's for orders over $55.
The value packs are a good deal, we usually order the meal for 4 and have it for lunch for a few days after.
All in all a fantastic little place good food and great service.
