Agree. We went there too! Excellent front line staff (Dr's sister). Very knowledgeable and no pressure sales. Good quality and service, price we cannot complain. I recommend them any day!
Very cheerful helpful staff. I've seen a few of the optometrists there and they are all very helpful and always answer any questions I have in detail. I find it can be quite hard to get a booking though so I usually try to book at least a week in advance.
