If I could give this place only half of a star, that would be doing it justice. I wouldn’t recommend this clinic to anyone, not even my worst enemy. Where do I start… every single one of the receptionists need a long hard look in the mirror. If you’re so unhappy with your job, LEAVE IT!! To keep it short, all of the receptionists I’ve spoken to are just plain rude and it’s honestly the biggest waste of time trying to communicate with them absolute idiots. They’re unwilling to help, even if you’re quite sick and in need of such. Absolutely UNACCEPTABLE!!

The doctor I seen did not care what so ever of what I was saying , he was argent and he actually made me will worse about my self . I feel like a lot of doctors now are just there for there pay check and look down on there patients

definately the place to go if you need to see a doctor in a hurry, they always seem to find some time to slot you in which is hard to find in doctor surgerys these days and they are also one of the few who still bulk bill :)

its a good place to visit if you don't need a thorough check up.appointments are quick and the nurses there are quite good.

The female doctors I've seen seem to want to rush you through rather than taking a genuine interest in you, and I haven't found the office staff particularly friendly. There is always a long wait at the doctors too (the last time I went my appointment was 45 minutes late). That said, the pathology nurse is fantastic, and my kids and husband have seen a helpful male doctor there. It's bulk billing, which is great, but I guess it means that the doctors are under more pressure to see lots of people.

finally i have found a doctor near me that i am happy to go to. it is usually easy to get an appointment the same day. i have had my kids immunised there aswell, and it was so quick and professional that they don't even cry. you always feel very welcome there. they also have a gribbles pathology in the same building, which is useful.
