Bad service the only reason went there because there was no one else seen about suspected broken toe my son has that was Friday 10:45 appointment went got exrays done straight away rang back straight away they said someone will get back to me what a surprise no one did rang first thing Monday no appointments till Tuesday no wonder we stopped going there if it wasn't 8 or 9 hour wait at the ED we would have gone there tristar use less if I could give them negative score believe me it would be Negative 10

I’m still waiting for my appointment now at 3.20pm and my appointment was for 11am ....... nothing new

Reception people are very loud and unprofessional. They talk louder than the TV in the waiting area. I missed my name being called the first time because i couldn't hear over them. They talk behind the high counter as though they are in their own lounge room. They discuss how rude customers are, after phone calls. I felt very uncomfortable when waiting for my appointment. I believe the receptionists need lessons on how to behave in their job and in front of the public. Very rude. They don't deserve their jobs.

This is my second bad experience here. I really don't know why I went back. This female doctor is not at all interested in finding out what the problem is. It's odd to explain to a doctor that you are tired enough not to be able to move from your bed for 35 hours, every weekend and in bed from.2pm each afternoon and get no help. After telling her I go to Tristar regularly but no specific doctor my answer was discuss it with your regular doctor. . Ummm? What? Asked for help on another issue and was just asked is that all and sent on my way without any discussion of how to solve the illness. I truly don't understand how these people can think themselves healers when you leave more confused than ever and left alone to figure out how to fix your body. That's their job! Go ANYWHERE else!!

OK for a visit to the doctor when you have nothing really serious wrong with you, and you cant get in to your own regular doctor. Be prepared to sit and wait a while, even if you have made a appointment.
