Astoundingly bad cutomer service. I persevered far too long with this company to the detriment of my time and money. When you stand in their foyer waiting (and wait you will, believe me! Oh boy, will you wait!) you will hear the complaints of a seemingly endles stream of disgruntled customers as they come and go. It is quite incredible. I do not understand how this company survives and why the brands they represent put up with it.

Me,too! It's very bad car service in Trivett Alexandria. Very disappointing experience, Never ever want to back. They charged the top price and give me the cheapest replacement part.

Regarding the car servicing department; a very disapointing experience indeed. The front desk always promises to call back regarding updates on your car, this rarely happens. I had extensive diagnostic problems with my car that took a long time to fix and was never offered a courtesy car!
