I use Troy Horse rehearsal studios every week. I had an initial problem in that they were making several errors with our bookings however the problem lay with one particular staff member and after bringing the problem to the attention of Troy Horse, we now have zero problems and have nothing but exceptional service. We are dealing with someone by the name of Emma who is absolutely fantastic. Very prompt to reply to our emails and very customer service focussed.
