Great tasting product and at a fraction of the price of other competitors. I like the fact they are in plastic bottles compared to cans as that way i can re-seal them.

For Christmas/New Year I bought several 12 pack of Pub Squash from the local supermarket. On 16/1 app. I rang the drink company late and left my message details to contact me as the drinks had no 'fizz' upon opening and tasted flat. the drinks had also ' separated'.Within 2 days they rang, listened to what I had to say and arranged for a rep. to come on the 21/1. They saw that the 'best before' date was still a couple of months to go, photographed the packs then explained they were flat and showed me what to look out for when buying drinks in plastic containers. They said it was probably due to the storage of them - in the supermarket. They then went to the large supermarket and found many items that should not be on the shelf - still 'use buy date - but flat due to storage. All types were removed from the shelves, not just what I bought. Within 2 weeks we had received reimbursement. They produce 'to order' only, and when I buy Pub Squash the best before date must be at least 6 months away.I was extremely surprised at the efficiency,of the company. The quick response and finalization - all done in 2 1/2 weeks. They were extremely courteous and efficient.
