We stand behind the quality of our work and aim for complete customer satisfaction. If there is an issue with a service we have provided, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve it.

We have hands-on experience in residential pool cleaning and maintenance, including regular servicing, water testing and balancing, equipment checks, and general pool care.

We generally provide fixed-price service fees based on the type of service and requirements of the pool. Pricing is discussed with the customer upfront, with additional work quoted separately where required.

Our regular pool maintenance service is charged at a fixed price based on the pool and service requirements. Additional services such as chemicals, equipment repairs or one-off treatments may vary depending on what is required.

Keeping pools clean, healthy and looking their best, while providing reliable service and helping customers enjoy their pools without the hassle of maintaining them themselves.

Payment is due on completion of the service. We accept standard payment methods and do not currently offer payment plans, Afterpay or interest-free payment terms.

We provide reliable, personalised pool cleaning and maintenance with a strong focus on quality, attention to detail and customer service. We take the time to properly assess each pool and its equipment rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach. Our goal is to provide consistent, professional service and keep each pool clean, healthy and ready to enjoy.

What insurance do you hold, and what value are you covered for?

We hold appropriate business insurance to cover our pool cleaning and maintenance services. Details of our current cover can be provided upon request.

How quickly can work be completed? What are your turnaround times? Do you offer same-day service?

Regular pool cleaning and maintenance services can generally be completed promptly, subject to availability and location. Same-day service may be available for urgent requests depending on the schedule.

One of the most rewarding parts of the job is helping customers turn a neglected or poorly maintained pool back into a clean, clear and enjoyable swimming environment. We take pride in seeing the difference regular professional maintenance can make.

We offer competitive pricing for regular pool maintenance customers. Discounts may be available for ongoing service arrangements or multiple services, depending on the requirements.
